Terms of use

Echobop is run by Renzo Romeo ("we"). By using the game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Echobop.

• Anyone can play as a guest. You need to be 13 or older to create an account.
• One account per person. Keep access to your email address safe, because sign-in links go there.
• You are responsible for what happens with your account.

Pick a username that is kind. No slurs, insults, sexual or hateful names, no pretending to be someone else, and no personal information such as your full name or contact details. We may change or remove a username that breaks this rule.

Leaderboards are only fun when scores are real. Please don't:

• use bots, scripts, macros, modified clients or anything else that taps for you;
• tamper with requests, scores or run tokens;
• try to reach other players' data or parts of the service you shouldn't;
• overload, scrape or disrupt the service.

We may hide or remove runs and scores that look automated or tampered with, and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

The game, its levels, artwork, mascot and code belong to us or to their licensors. Sounds and fonts are used under their open licenses (CC0 and the SIL Open Font License). You are welcome to share your result text, screenshots and share links anywhere.

Echobop is free. We may add, change, pause or remove features, levels, leaderboards, the daily, streaks or achievements at any time, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Echobop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost streaks or scores, or for any loss arising from using or not being able to use Echobop. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account from Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will also say so in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
